Installation Recomendations

CamCap Game Camera Attachment Methods

  • Proper Attachment

    To ensure proper installation, make sure strap goes over both outside rails and under center rail.

  • Improper Attachment !

    Attaching strap under outside rails and over inside rail will not allow snug fit to the camera and can cause damage to CamCap.

  • Alternative Method

    Many cameras don't require the use of CamCap slots. Once attached to the tree, cover becomes very secure.

  • Tactacam Attachment

    Tactacam CamCap is designed to fit snug with a simple strap.

  • Adjustable Mount Method

    If using an adjustable mount, your camera's strap can be used for mounting CamCap. 12" straps also available.

  • No Belt loops

    Many cameras have no belt loops or large space between belt loops. Camera snugs up nicely when attached to the tree.
